This may be one of the easiest dinners to throw together! Meatloaf is a classic dish that can be made so many different ways. When we started to carry the Stonewall food line, the Country Ketchup quickly became a family favourite! I had to try it in the meatloaf. It was a hit! Hope you enjoy!
Country Ketchup Meatloaf
2 lbs of ground beef
1/2 of an onion, chopped finely
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup Country Ketchup
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix together until combined. Place in an 8 x 8 baking dish. Bake at 375 F for about 45 minutes, or until cooked through. Serve with a little extra Country Ketchup for dipping. Enjoy!
