With St. Patrick’s Day tomorrow, we are resharin

With St. Patrick’s Day tomorrow, we are resharing a recipe we posted back in 2019! These spinach muffins are perfect for kid lunches this week! ☘️
They are so easy to make! Throw all of the ingredients in a blender and then bake!

☘️ Ingredients:

2 eggs
1/4 cup avocado oil
1/3 cup honey
1.5 large bananas
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 cups oatmeal
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups spinach
Pinch of salt

☘️ Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F.
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour batter into a greased muffin tin. Bake for about 15 minutes. Let cool, and enjoy! Makes 12 muffins. 💚
