This 3 ingredient plum jam is sweetened with honey, thickened with chia seed and takes about 10 minutes to make! 🤩
Ingredients:
2.5 cups of plums, pitted and quartered
3 Tbsp of honey
2 Tbsp of chia seed
Directions:
Place plums in a saucepan with about 3 Tbsp of water. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes, or until the plums cook down. Turn off the heat and add the honey and chia seed. Stir until combined. Pour the plum mixture into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a jar and place in the fridge to thicken. Store this jam in the fridge and use up within 7 days. You can freeze this jam as well! Enjoy! ☺️
