Packing in the extra vitamin C with these orange and raisin muffins! Sweetened with our honey, of course! 🐝 Perfect for school snacks this week! Hope you enjoy! 

🍊Ingredients:

2 cups oat flour
1/2 cup oats
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 banana, mashed 
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup oil
Zest of one orange
Juice of one orange 
1/2 cup of raisins 

🍊 Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F and grease a muffin tin. In a bowl, mix together the oat flour, oats, baking powder and baking soda. In another bowl, add the mashed banana, eggs, honey, oil, orange zest and orange juice. Add the dry and wet ingredients together and mix until combined. Stir in the raisins. Divide the batter into the muffin tin and bake at 350 F for about 12-14 minutes, or until the muffins are cooked through and lightly brown. Enjoy!
