Homemade gummy treats! 🍬 This recipe was given to us by our co-worker, Laura. She makes them for her kids, so I was so exited to try them for our gang! These are so simple (3 ingredients!) and so good! And the best part – they are sweetened with our honey! 🐝 They also fit perfectly in our lunch kits, and I know the kids will look forward to this sweet treat at lunchtime! 🍯 🍋
Honey and Lemon Gummies
Ingredients:
1/3 cup lemon juice (about 2 small lemons)
3 Tbsp gelatine
3 Tbsp Marlin honey
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour into silicone molds. Let set in the fridge. Enjoy!
*Notes: You can use any kind of silicone mold to make these gummies. I found a small chocolate mold that was heart shaped. They are tiny and perfect for kids! They fit well in the middle treat area of our Planetbox lunch kits. I also stored the leftover gummies in the fridge!
