2 cups of berries
1/4 cup of honey (use less for sweeter berries!)
3 Tbsp chia seed .
Add all ingredients in a saucepan. Mash them with a masher or fork, and simmer for a few minutes. Transfer to a jar and store in the fridge. Enjoy within the week!
Note: this jam freezes beautifully! I like to portion the jam in small containers to freeze, and take out as needed.
