We pick our apples into bins, and then the bins are stacked in our giant refrigerator room! We take them out one a time to sort into different size baskets.

The best temperature to store apples (depending on variety) is about 2-4 degrees C! 🍎

We have just picked one of our new varieties called Amarilla Soul! This is a cross between Honeycrisp and Fuji apples. Juicy, tangy and snappy - delicious! This apple is part of the collection of varieties that we are one of the only Canadian growers for! 💛💛
