This is an overnight oatmeal breakfast featuring our Honeycrisp apples! 🍎 It also uses steel cut oats – which will keep us fuelled and energized! 🙌 Hope you give this breakfast a try!
Overnight Slow Cooker Oats
1 cup of steel cut oats
4 cups of water
1/4 cup of chia seed
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 Tbsp coconut oil
1 honeycrisp apple, chopped
1 handful of raisins
Dash of cinnamon
Splash of vanilla
Combine all ingredients into a 7 cup Pyrex glass dish. Stir to combine. Place glass dish in your slow cooker. Fill the slow cooker with water, 3/4 of the way up the glass dish. Cover and turn on Low. Let cook overnight, and enjoy in the morning! Store any leftovers in the fridge.
