Nutty Honey Granola

This is a nutty twist on our original granola!  So crunchy and sweet!  The honey adds the perfect amount of sweetness to this mix of nuts, oats and coconut.

Ingredients

3 cups of oats (rolled oats or quick oats)
2 cups of mixed raw nuts
1 cup of shredded unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup of Marlin honey
1/4 cup of water
1/4 cup of oil (oil of your choice)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 300 F.  Combine all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix together.  Next, add the honey, water and oil, and stir until all of the dry ingredients are coated.  Spoon the mixture onto a lined baking sheet, and spread it out evenly.  Bake in the oven for about an hour (or until golden brown).  During this hour, make sure to stir the granola every 15 minutes so it doesn’t burn.  Let cool and store in a glass jar.  Enjoy plain as a snack, or as a topping on yogurt.
