This recipe comes from the kitchen of our co-worker, Laura! The heat level of this dish can be adjusted based on how many peppers you would like to add! It uses many garden ingredients – so you are likely to have everything on hand once your garden starts producing!


4 garlic cloves, minced
1 lb of ground beef
1/4 cup of oyster sauce
2 Tbsp fish sauce
2-4 Tbsp sugar
1-2 Thai chili peppers, chopped
Large handful of basil


Heat oil in a pan and saute the garlic and peppers. Add the ground beef, and cook through. Next, add the oyster sauce, fish sauce and sugar. Simmer it for a few minutes until everything is combined. Serve over a bed of rice and garnish with chopped basil and extra peppers. Enjoy!
